THE MOST EMBARASSING MOMENT OF MY TRIP WITH THE CLASS TO ITALY This year because it's my last year of ESO I had the trip that everyone has when they finish the ESO. We choose to go to Italy, we went first to Floence and then to Rome, it was really nice although I was expecting more from this trip, beacuse every year the otrher students described it as being really cool and funny so yes, I had a lot of expectations. The thing is, in this trip I has a lot of embarassing moments, more than usual now that I think about it, well the most embarassing was in a Mc Donald's near the Vatican, I was sitting at a table with Iris, Nerea, Mariona and Júlia Torracabota, we needed a pen to write somehing ona sheet so we noticed that at the table next to where we were sitting were some spanish boys, so Iris told me to ask them if they have a pen, so I did.  All of them said that they didn't have any pen, but instantly one of them throw me a bagpack ant told me to open it and ...

Today I'd like to talk about why should we do exercies with a few reasons about how does it improve our health and makes a difference in our life. One of the reasons is that you'll improve your memory, because it isn't just your brain that's getting more enrgy and oxygen, but many studies proved that exercise can improve your memory and help you learn better. Another reason is that you'll  de-stress and we all have stress in our lives and it can really mess with your mind sometime, but studies have shown that doing more exercise is a great way to deal with it! And two next ones are one of my favorite reasons of why it's good for your inner health as for your physical well-being. And those two reasons are that you'll sleep better and you'll have more energy. Vienna's Christmas markets have opened to the public. One oh the biggest stands right in front of the town hall has around 150 stalls. The Christmas tree is 26-meter-high, fine detailing and traditional mulled wine made from a local grape attract visitors from all over the world. I chose this new because Christmas holidays are coming and I really love this time of the year because there's no school and you have time to hang out with your friends or to spend time with your family,  but most importat is that people usually go on vacations and a really beautiful place to go on this time of the year would be in Vienna, because there's that Christmas spirit and you really can feel the Christmas vibes.
