Today I'd like to talk about why should we do exercies with a few reasons about how does it improve our health and makes a difference in our life. One of the reasons is that you'll improve your memory, because it isn't just your brain that's getting more enrgy and oxygen, but many studies proved that exercise can improve your memory and help you learn better. Another reason is that you'll de-stress and we all have stress in our lives and it can really mess with your mind sometime, but studies have shown that doing more exercise is a great way to deal with it! And two next ones are one of my favorite reasons of why it's good for your inner health as for your physical well-being. And those two reasons are that you'll sleep better and you'll have more energy.
